While Ocean Quest Spa was well-loved by its existing customers, they needed a strategy to attract new clientele. Without a system to consistently generate new business, demand changed throughout the year and customer awareness of higher-priced medispa services was low. Ocean Quest Spa turned to Reflective Marketing to drive leads, increase growth, and spread awareness of their unique services.
We had no experience with social media advertising, but we felt that it was the best way to attract new clientele. It was a bit of a foreign area, but I had confidence in Krystal’s reputation. The Facebook campaign put us in front of a large number of people that we couldn’t have reached with other methods. We used the power of Facebook™ Ads to spread the word about Ocean Quest Spa and Medispa services! With a killer audience, amazing offers, and beautiful spa images in-hand, we set out to collect the contact info of potential customers.
We launched our campaign in two phases. The first was a 10% discount on any spa service to increase overall bookings. Next, we promoted discounted IPL services to raise awareness and increase sales in the medispa side of the business.
Interested customers signed up to receive the offer code, and were then called by spa staff to book an appointment.
